How long does approval take?
Usually within one working day. We email you as soon as your advert is approved, and banners start on the date you chose.
What if my advert is not approved?
We tell you why, and refund your payment in full to the card or account you paid with.
What can't be advertised?
Anything illegal, misleading or hateful, gambling, adult content, and political campaign material. Sponsored stories must be factual and are always labelled "Sponsored".
What do views and clicks mean?
A view is counted each time your banner appears on a reader's screen. A click is counted when someone taps it and goes to your website.
Can I change my banner after booking?
Email us with your booking reference and the new image. Changes are checked again before they go live.
