The Youth and Women Empowerment Summit by SN Initiative was created after realization that many young people today are struggling with lack of mentorship, limited opportunities, unemployment, and low self-belief. Many youths have dreams and talents, but they lack guidance, exposure, and a platform where they can learn from leaders and role models.


Reason Behind the Summit came up create a platform where young people and young women can be mentored, inspired, and empowered to believe in their potential and take up leadership roles in society. There is need to bridge the gap between young people and opportunities by connecting them with mentors, leaders, and professionals who can guide them.
