Mabungo Road Upgrade Brings Hope and Change
The construction of Mabungo Road kicked off early on Tuesday morning as contractors commenced the long-awaited project, signaling the beginning of development in the Mabungo area.
Witnesses described the atmosphere as tense, as some traders were required to vacate their business premises along Mabungo Road. However, residents complied with the relocation order, recognizing that the project would bring much-needed development to the area.
Although business activities have been disrupted, many residents believe the temporary inconvenience will lead to significant improvements. Students at Maseno University have also expressed their excitement about the development, as they are frequent users of Mabungo Road.
As the construction progresses, villagers and students remain hopeful that the project will bring positive change to the Mabungo area. They believe it will help eliminate the challenges posed by the current rough and muddy roads, improving transport and accessibility for everyone.
